These Terms & Conditions govern the use of WebsitesDoneForYou.com and the website design, hosting, and related services provided by WebDaddy Pro. By using this website, creating an account, or purchasing a Website Build Plan, the Client agrees to the following:
The Scope of Work is defined by the Website Build Plan selected by the Client at WebsitesDoneForYou.com and any written scope provided by WebsitesDoneForYou.com or WebDaddy Pro. Any features, pages, redesigns, or custom work outside the defined scope may incur additional charges based on the current WebDaddy Pro Service Rates.
Project activation occurs only after the Client selects and pays for a Website Build Plan through WebsitesDoneForYou.com. Payments are processed securely through the platform. Work will not begin until payment is completed and required onboarding information is submitted by the Client.
Most websites launch within 7–10 business days after onboarding is completed and all required content has been provided. Delays in content submission, approvals, or communication may extend the timeline.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and up‑to‑date content, including text, images, menu items, pricing, business hours, and branding materials. WebDaddy Pro is not responsible for errors, omissions, or legal issues arising from Client‑submitted content.
Small content updates (such as hours, pricing, photos, or minor text adjustments) are included at no additional cost. Billable updates — including new pages, redesigns, new menu sections, or feature additions — follow the WebDaddy Pro Service Rates. Support does not include custom development unless billed separately.
The Client owns their domain when registered in their name. Websites are built on the WebDaddy Aila CMS platform or other platforms designated by WebDaddy Pro. The Client receives access to their dashboard, subject to account status and platform policies. Hosting and domain renewals follow the pricing of the plan selected at WebsitesDoneForYou.com.
Renewal pricing is determined by the plan selected by the Client. All renewals are protected under the WebDaddy Pro Fair Pricing Charter — no hidden fees, no surprise increases, and no promotional pricing that spikes later.
Revisions necessary to complete the website within the agreed Scope of Work are included. Revisions outside the scope or requested after project completion may incur additional charges.
If the Client cancels before onboarding is completed, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of WebsitesDoneForYou.com or WebDaddy Pro. Once development has begun, payments are generally non‑refundable due to time and resources allocated.
WebDaddy Pro is not liable for:
WebDaddy Pro will take reasonable measures to support website stability, security, and uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
WebDaddy Pro’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the initial website build associated with the claim. WebDaddy Pro is not responsible for damages resulting from:

All pricing is stable, transparent, and protected under the WebDaddy Pro Fair Pricing Charter. No hidden fees. No surprise renewals. No forced upgrades. Clients always know their renewal cost based on the plan they select.
By using WebsitesDoneForYou.com, creating an account, or purchasing a Website Build Plan, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
