The following definitions apply to the services, policies, and Terms & Conditions of WebsitesDoneForYou.com and WebDaddy Pro.
The business or individual who creates an account, purchases a Website Build Plan, or uses services provided through WebsitesDoneForYou.com.
The customer‑facing service and agency responsible for selling Website Build Plans, managing onboarding, and coordinating the website creation process for the Client.
The fulfillment and hosting provider responsible for delivering the website build, hosting setup, support, maintenance, and all related technical services offered through WebsitesDoneForYou.com.
The website build and all included services associated with the Website Build Plan selected by the Client.
The specific tasks, features, and deliverables included in the Client’s selected Website Build Plan or any written scope provided by WebsitesDoneForYou.com or WebDaddy Pro.Work outside this scope may incur additional charges.
The process of collecting required content (such as menu items, photos, hours, branding, and business information) from the Client in order to begin development.
All text, images, menu items, pricing, branding, and other materials provided by the Client for use on the website.
Minor changes such as updating hours, pricing, photos, or small text adjustments. These updates are included at no additional cost as part of ongoing support.
Larger changes such as new pages, redesigns, new menu sections, feature additions, or any work requiring significant design or development time. These updates follow the WebDaddy Pro Service Rates.
The pricing structure for billable updates and additional services, as published on WebsitesDoneForYou.com or communicated by WebDaddy Pro.
The plan selected by the Client at WebsitesDoneForYou.com (such as the All‑In Launch or Flexible Launch) that activates the Project and determines included services.
The ongoing annual costs for hosting, domain registration, and any other recurring services. Renewal pricing is determined by the plan selected by the Client and is protected under the WebDaddy Pro Fair Pricing Charter.
WebDaddy Pro’s commitment to transparent, stable, and predictable pricing with no hidden fees, no surprise increases, and no promotional pricing that jumps later.
The WebDaddy Aila content management system used to build, manage, and update the Client’s website.
The point at which the website is fully built according to the agreed Scope of Work and delivered to the Client for review.
The moment the website is published live on the Client’s domain after approval.
